Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

Meram Catering: the company based in Amsterdam. Client: the party entering into an agreement with Meram Catering. Services: all catering services and related activities.

2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotes, and agreements. Deviations are only valid if agreed in writing.

3. Quotes and Agreements

All quotes are non-binding and valid for 30 days. An agreement is established after written confirmation. Changes must be communicated at least 7 business days before the event.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. A 50% deposit is required upon agreement. The remaining amount must be paid 7 days before the event.

Cancellation terms:

• More than 30 days: free of charge
• 14-30 days: 25% of total amount
• 7-14 days: 50% of total amount
• Less than 7 days: 100% of total amount

5. Execution

The final number of guests must be communicated 5 business days before the event. Meram Catering may replace dishes with equivalent alternatives.

6. Liability

Liability is limited to direct damage and the amount of the agreement. Meram Catering is not liable for indirect damage.

7. Complaints

Complaints must be reported in writing within 48 hours after the event.

8. Applicable Law

Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
